Una moratoria universal, hacia la abolición. Una moratoria es un tiempo de reflexión, de revisión de los sistemas judiciales, una mayor colaboración internacional para resolver los problemas. Desde el Caribe a Oriente Medio y el norte de África. Un desafío también para la “primavera árabe”, que debe afrontar un extraño otoño.
Queremos trabajar con ustedes junto a otros para acelerar esta entrada inteligente en la historia. O mejor dicho, esta salida. Para que pronto la pena capital sea, como la esclavitud y la tortura, un recuerdo del pasado.

I think inteligente here refers to enlightened thinking (about the death penalty, etc). Entrada in the sense of "new year", etc
