Spanish term or phrase: nubes
The document is transcriptions from an arbitration hearing, and they're disccussing the procedures in the construction of a power plant. The relevant paragraph is:

"Es más, normalmente en el plano se especifica el tipo de revisión, es decir, la modificación que ha existido, y normalmente se pone entre *nubes* la modificación en lenguaje normal."

Logically, it seems to me, the 'nubes' here must be either some kind of brackets or a 'box' or 'bubble' (cartoon-type) in which the text is written, but I can find no references to this. Any ideas anyone? Spanish speakers out there, do you use 'nube' to refer to this kind of thing? Thanks

Explanation:
I've never heard of it in my live. Anyway it might be sth. like the comments yu can include in a Word doc. We call it simply "comentario", but it is also a "llamada", "acotacion", etc.
