Es el título para una prueba de percepción: hay que escoger el dibujo que no casa dentro de un grupo, el diferente. He puesto: "Test of perception of differences", pero no estoy del todo segura.

It's the title for a test of perception: you have to choose the picture that doesn't match with the others in a group of options. I have translated it as "Test of perception of differences", but I ain't 100% sure.

Well Manupi, if you prefer something less technical, perhaps just "image discrimination test" or "picture discrimination test" would fit better (perceiving the difference is discriminating).
