Hola a todos!

Estoy trabajando en una traducción que tiene que ver con el uso de antideresivos. Uno de estos es ESCITALOPRAM.

La frase que no sé como traducir es esta: El presente estudio multicéntrico dobleciego, de distribución al azar, controlado con placebo y de dosis fija, fue diseñado para evaluar la eficacia y tolerancia en el tratamiento del trastorno depresivo mayor.

Generalmente siempre escribo mi intento pero realmente no sé cómo traducir esto...
