My English version:
This group encompasses those skills that are expressed in interpersonal relations at work.
My dilemma here is that I have to use either "working competencies" or "competencies," but in this particular case, SKILL seems more appropriate to me.
What do you think?

Although your translation is very elegant and educated, I feel more comfortable personally to have the word itself that represents "comportamiento", in this case "conduct".
The reason I chose "work-related" instead of "at work" is because they could extend beyond the workplace yet still be work-like in nature.
