"Al examen mental, se apreció al paciente alerta, orientado globalmente, memoria sin alteraciones, lenguaje fluido y coherente, pensamiento: ideas obsesivas y compulsiones, verbatum del paciente: “tengo necesidad de tocarme los puntos rojos y azules en los dedos… también me ocurre cuando veo rallas [sic], también con los volúmenes y con la simetría… tengo necesidad de ordenarlos”, sensopercepción sin alteraciones. Afecto: poco expresivo, discreta hipertimia hacia la tristeza. Juicio: conservado. Conciencia de enfermedad mental. **Antecedentes: no contributorios**. Por tal motivo se indica tratamiento con antidepresivo, ansiolítico e inductor del sueño.
