Spanish term or phrase: Granja-cafetería
La Sra. es propietaria de una granja-cafetería desde hace muchos años.

What is the exact word in English?

The word "Café" in English could be an equivalent?

dairy bar
Explanation:
This is what I'd call it, and I don't think it's archaic at all (or maybe I'm just older than I think...!). There are over 30,000 hits on Google for it.

agree  Patrice: there are actually differences between cafeterias and cafes and so forth but for these purposes I would just go with cafe

agree  Casey Butterfield: Granja is often translated as "milk bar" throughout Catalunya and though this gets the meaning across, it sounds terribly antiquated to native English ears and I would go with lazuluna's answer.

Granja-cafetería
Farm-restaurant

Explanation:
seeing as 99% of Spanish cafeterias serve food to some extent I think "farm-restaurant" works as a stronger collocation than "farm-cafe"

-> Thanks Irina, I could do with going there!

disagree  Andy Watkinson: I'm afraid it's got absolutely nothing to do with "farms" - a "granja" is a coffee shop/café.
7 mins
-> According to Oxford, only in Catalunya apparently, although no reference to this meaning if you google, in Catalunya or anywhere else

disagree  Casey Butterfield: Sorry, but that's not the meaning here. A granja is a cafe which traditionally served products of a (far-off) dairy farm

Info

Explanation:
Perhaps "granja" is only used to refer to a café in Catalunya; it's obviously not the case in Madrid.

agree  Casey Butterfield: I lived in Catalunya for two years; a granja is like a cafe but more likely to serve dairy sweets such as custard and creamy desserts from the granja, i.e. dairy farm.
