it's the "para sí" part that is puzzling me...this is a Spanish sale contract and this sentence appears in the stipulations, here's more context and TIA!
que las compra y adquiere para sí, las fincas descritas en los Expositivos Primero y Segundo (en adelante, las “Fincas”), con todos sus derechos y con todo cuanto les sea anejo y accesorio, libres de cargas y gravámenes, así como libres de arrendatarios, ocupantes y precaristas, al corriente en el pago de gastos y tributos.
