In total, they have:

= 100 ares plus 80 ares plus 70/100 ares plus 75/1000 ares
= 100 ares plus 80 ares plus 7/10 ares plus 75/1000 ares
= 100 + 80 + 0.7 + 0.075 ares
= 180.775 ares
= 1.80775 hectares

I think it would be much more straightforward to translate the entire phrase "1 hectarea, 80 areas, 70 centiareas, y 75 miliareas" as just 1.80775 hectares.

We can also check the math, comparing cuerdas and hectares. The "cuerda" is a unit which may be defined differently in different countries; in Puerto Rico, one definition I found is:

1 hectárea = 2.5443 cuerdas

But this is probably rounded slightly. Other sources round even more, giving 2.5 or 2.6 cuerdas per hectare.

Using the more precise figure and multiplying 2.5443 x 1.80775 we get 4.599458. This is reasonably close to 4.5977 used in the text, providing further confirmation that 1.80775 hectares = "1 hectarea, 80 areas, 70 centiareas, y 75 miliareas".

To translate the whole phrase "4.5977 cuerdas, iguales a 1 hectarea, 80 areas, 70 centiareas, y 75 miliareas" I would keep the original measurements for the cuerdas, and combine the metric units into hectares: "4.5977 cuerdas, equal to 1.80775 hectares."
