definiremos, definir Explanation: Hi, I think that the word "formalizar" is incorrectly used here, since it means "formalize", "formulate", "put in order", "give proper form to", "regularize"... It seems to be that it has been used with the intention of saying "define" (definir). Hope it helps. native Spa speaker own experience |

regulate Explanation: The second instance seems could be more along the lines of regulate. I agree that the first use is probably define.
