Apetenzyma Explanation: I believe it is a trade name. We do use enzymes as additives, mainly to improve digestibility, but not to add flavour (or to improve palatability). But maybe - now I am guessing - "Apetenzyma" combines a flavouring and feed enzymes in one product. Ref. I am a veterinary surgeon. For general information about types of additives, see: http://www.aps.uoguelph.ca/~gking/pigfeed.htm http://www.agwest.sk.ca/event_other_feed.shtml The following reference mentions "Apetenzyma" as a trade name: http://veterinaria.abside.es/n/nat.htm Hope this helps.
