(State) Port Authority Inspection
Explanation:
Soy marinero...
In the U.S. the port authority is not called a ¨rector¨, but in each port a boat may be inspected by a state appointed authority, generally called the ¨Port Authority¨ or State Inspector of the Port Authority. When a ship or boat arrives in port from out of country or out of state they may be subjected to such an inspection (in state, too, but this does not occur as frequently) to check for contraband items, illegal persons or refugees, etc.
