West Longitude
Explanation:
Assuming "Weste" is a typo and should read "Oeste".

Usually, when giving coordinates, this follows the degrees. Capitalization rules seem to vary, and there's no real need to capitalize both words, although it's too late for me to change that in my response now. ;-) Also, you'll often see just abbreviations. In other words, you'll see "77º west longitude," "77º West longitude", "77º W," etc.

For examples, just type in "west longitude" (or "east longitude", "north latitude" or "south latitude") on Google, and you'll get a gazillion hits in native-English-speaking countries from around the world.

agree  Sergio Gaymer: It must be a Chilean Text. Weste is very commonly and mistakenly used term for "oeste" here

-> Thanks, Sergio! Maybe that's the reason, then. It does look like a phonetic error...
