Spanish term or phrase: SOBRE 1000 TRG
Context: El practicaje es obligatorio para todas las naves que amarren en las boyas, a los muelles y al terminal petrolero en la Bahía de Caldera, además a todas las naves extranjeras y sobre 1.000 TRG para las naves nacionales.

I couldn't find TRG. I thought it was a mesaure or sth like that. I know that is not translated but i have a problem with the prep 'sobre' since i dont know what TRG refers to.

above/over 1000 registered tonnage
Explanation:
My Elsevier's nautical dictionary gives registered tonnage/ net tonnage as tonnelaje registro/tonnelaje neto, but I do not know the accepted abbreviation for this in Spanish.
Registered tonnage is usually used as a basis for calculating a ship's harbour fees or passage through a canal etc.
