'Asisten a esta Junta entre presentes y representados los tenedores de la totalidad de las acciones emitidas y en circulación de la Sociedad, *quienes renunciaron al aviso de convocatoria*'
I would translate it literally as 'who renounced the notice of the announcement', but that doesn't read at all well to me.

My translation would be: "Present or represented at the meeting were the holders of all the issued and outstanding shares of the corporation, who waived prior notice."
