"La Propiedad" must mean "the Owner(s)" here. A property (a thing owned) surely cannot be a party to a contract; it must refer to a legal entity (a person or persons, a company, etc.).

I was thinking along the same lines too, but thought of using "Owner's Property", provided of course it was the owner. Only additional context will determine this fact. HTH!

THE PARTIES AGREE:
