I've seen "al tiro" used as "immediately" in some contexts, but what does it mean in this context?

This is a very common term in Chile (repeated about every five minutes by most speakers). It means "rightaway", "right now", "immediately","OK" . In ordinary London taxi driver English it would probably be "Got yer, Guv, no prob!" or in lowdown cafes "Comin´up my old cock sparrow!" . JOHN PENNEY
