i think it mean "accuse someone", I asked a Mexican friend but I'm not really sure he FULLY understood what I was asking

he gave me the following example:

"if you are fired from your job and you are not really happy with that ( because it wasn't only you who made a mistake) then you "llevas entre las patas" a your friend to, the accomplice.

neutral  PB Trans: to screw/fuck WITH somebody or else it means to have sex./My point exactly. You need to use WITH to denote perjudicar. Without WITH it means sex. E.g. She fucked him & She fucked with him/she fucked him over" have different meanings.
