1. Embuitdo de carne de puerco y otros ingredientes que se sazona con sal, pimienta y otras especies
2. Miembro viril
3. Lugar poblado de mangos (vea 1)

And of course manguera also has the meaning of a literal hose.

I think #2 is the one that applies. (In case anyone's curious, #3 is a grove of mango trees.) I don't think it's a weapon, but I can't be sure whether he's applying the penis or somone else is applying it to him.
