Explanation:

Shit! Crap! Whatever sounds natural to you and you think would be appropriate for your target audience. That's what I'd say if I had just stumbled and was in the middle of falling. I always translate "me cago en la *puta [*or whatever]" along these lines.

mother fucker!


Explanation:
I really think with all those other suggestions you don´t get the gender context of the swear. The person speaking is not only swearing but insulting a female, and though a literal translation doesn´t exist in English, there does exist something similar in the "feel" of "mother fucker!" as an exclamation, as an insult, within the context of misogyny, an important element in slang and swearing.
