Es que justo, el padre perfecto puede decir groserías si no las ve como ofensivas. Sé que no es lo mismo, pero en México, las groserías no son necesariamente agresivas ni violentas. Muchas veces son muletillas. Quizás quien las usa en un contexto serio es una persona vulgar o maleducada, pero no por eso un mal padre.

Explanation:
I cannot find "chingomono", except in the Nicaraguan definition cited by Jairo, which seems to correspond to the English expression "piggy back" (llevar a alguien a cuestas). This in itself does not fit the context; this "chingomono" is an object, something that the child possesses.
I think "chingomono" is a variant of "chango mono". The word "chango" is really a synonym of "mono", and is applied to various kinds of monkeys and apes. Some sources say it is a chimpanzee, which is colloquially called a chimp in English:

Asker: Yes, it is a transcription and it could be a mistake. However, this person is being scrutinized for how he treats his children. He must create an image to the investigator devoid of a destructive temper. Therefore, it's possible he would want to avoid obscenities. Of course, forms of "chingar" are not always obscene, but it's enough to create doubts.
