Spanish term or phrase: animadores
animadores in the following context. I had originally put instructors but there is then a need to differentiate it from "formadores" which appears in the same sentence:

Paso a Paso fomenta la discusión de la buena práctica, en lugar de decirles simplemente a los lectores lo que es mejor. La información dirige el mensaje a los animadores que trabajan como auxiliares de salud, trabajadores en desarrollo o formadores a nivel de bases. Asume que los lectores a menudo leen en un segundo idioma y por eso los contenidos son fáciles de leer, aunque no comprometen ninguna información técnica importante.

Explanation:
Why not animator? Since it means the person who motivates or inspires, it could serve you well as a general term that includes all other possibilities offered by the colleagues and provide you with a "staying-on-the-safe-side" solution. Why promote or demote someone if you can keep their title and role as described in the original?
