Saberes y prácticas populares de los agentes naturales en salud, de la comuna 10 de la ciudad de Manizales, en relación con el autocuidado en deficiencias músculo esqueléticas.

"en salud", no me queda clara la redacción en castellano. Los agentes naturales son "natural phenomena / forces"? No entiendo la relción con "Saberes y prácticas populares". Tengo un buen lío con la comprensión del original.
