El texto dice: "La idea del progreso automático es considerada una creencia en declive y en su lugar hoy juegan una importancia capital la capacidad de agencia de personas, familias, sectores afectados, grupos e instituciones". De ahí mi pregunta sobre agenciar. No creo que "management" aplique, aunque si se refiere a capacidad de gestión por parte de las familias. Se encuentra en un documento sobre desplazamiento interno.
Seguire el consejo de Manuel de averiguar más sobre las reglas de KudoZ. Mil gracias a todos y todavía tengo tiempo para trabajar el documento.
