Regarding Evita's work in Argentina helping the poor, pls see below thanks.

Evita, que los conocía bien, tenía muy claro lo que estaba haciendo y por qué lo hacía:
Yo no tengo ningún escrúpulo en hacer las obras que construye la Fundación, incluso con lujo.
Tal vez podría cumplir igualmente su misión con menos arte y menos mármoles, pero yo pienso que para reparar en el alma de los niños, de los ancianos y de los humildes el siglo de humillaciones vividas, sometidos por un sistema sórdido y frío, es necesario tener algo de mármoles y de lujo.
