Spanish to English translations [PRO]
Social Science, Sociology, Ethics, etc. / Motivational book for women
Spanish term or phrase: ¡Supérate!
The very last word of the book. It is written after the summary of the things she talks about in the book about motivation: "No tengas miedo, demuestra madurez, seguridad, sigue adelante...en otras palabras, ¡supérate! I know what it means, but I was trying to use, IF POSSIBLE, a one-word term. If not, any suggestions are welcome!

Excel yourself!

Explanation:
Didn't see Remy's answer before I posted, but we're thinking along the same lines. However, as in Spanish, I think you do need the reflexive here, and this ends up being two words in English.

Succeed!

Explanation:
This is the best one word answer I can think of at the moment. Although "succeed" doesn't mean exactly the same as "superarse", it is perhaps in the spirit of a motivational book.

Rise above!

Explanation:
Another option, especially if the focus of the book is overcoming obstacles, including self-imposed ones.

Go for it!

Explanation:
contemporary, motivational, and, despite the 3 words, still 1 syllable fewer than the source text! Also, has a good ring (oomph and rhythm) for a final exhortation/ last word

Otherwise REACH FOR THE STARS has the same motivational connotations, 4 words, but still only 4 syllables. So, although it LOOKS longer than the ST, if you read it out loud, it has similar oomph

Be your best you!

Explanation:
This is another option, somewhat less formal than most of the others; and according to my experience of these types of books, they are generally written in an informal tone.

I also thought of "Be all you can be!" but that might set up some resonances with the US Army that you don't really want.
