Explanation:
Based on the Heidegger glossary kindly supplied by Joss Heywood, I think it has to be Being, with a capital B.

That was my interpretation after reading the entries for both Being and 'entities'. Points to think about:

1. Note that 'entities' is only used in the plural in the glossary.
2. 'Lo' elevates 'ente' to a very high status.
3. Is 'Being' expressed differently elsewhere in your text?
