Hola de nuevo!
En el contexto: "Se entrevista a personas de 18 años de edad o más que vivan en la ciudad". ¿Cómo queda el "o más"?

Observation: I agree that generally we would say "and over", but in trying to be true to the text "o", I used "or". "And", I believe is more common.
