Spanish term or phrase: subcultura incivilista
Hola!

¿Alguna idea?

Muchas gracias!!

antisocial subculture

Explanation:
One option. Given that "civilista" implies subscribing and conforming to the norms of civil society, the opposite could be described as "antisocial".

I am thinking particularly of the phrase "condiciones propensas para caer en el delito" as a guide to what this means: not so a political stance as a kind of alienation.

"antisocial
contrary to the laws and customs of society; devoid of or antagonistic to sociable instincts or practices"
http://oxforddictionaries.com/definition/antisocial?region=u...

"Some researchers think of a sociopath as someone who is socialized in an antisocial subculture, such as a gang."
http://www.lovefraud.com/01_whatsaSociopath/psychopath_or_so...

"Socialised subcultural delinquents. These are individuals who mix in an antisocial subculture and behave in ways which conform to the norms of that group."

"These thinking patterns may also be supported by offenders' entrenchment in an antisocial subculture (eg, street or prison codes) where otherwise dysfunctional assumptions about how one should behave (eg, ''you have to punish people for messing with you or they won't respect you") may in fact be adaptive."
