toda persona, física o jurídica, propietaria de alguno de los elementos inmobiliarios integrados en un edificio constituido en régimen de Propiedad Horizontal. Frecuentemente el comunero no reside en el edificio y puede tener alquilada su vivienda o simplemente haberla cedida en precario

tal vez en tu contexto quedaria land owners pero realmente eso no es. mas bien seria landlord, pero no suena bien aqui.
