Ni más ni menos, es una de las muchas soluciones naturales en español como equivalente de esa palabra "empowerment" que genera tantas dificultades. Y son bastantes, no hay por qué recurrir a palabras inventadas en el sentido contrario. Nuestro idioma no es pobre.
