Spanish term or phrase: circuitos dirigidos
In a list of facilities at a sports club. Sorry - this is all the context I have. "Circuitos" probably refers to running tracks, but what about "dirigidos"? (the phrase appears alone - it is not "dirigidos a...", which might make more sense).
Thanks in advance for your help!

Circuit training
Explanation:
I've been going to these cruel sessions for many years in various gyms/sports centres. It is a circuit of exercise stations, and spend a set time doing each one then move on to the next when the whistle blows. Very painful !-)

Thanks, Elin. At least now you know that all that painful exercise has helped add another term to the KudoZ glossary!

I suppose that should be

timed circuits

timed circuit sessions?

The footballer does an exercise for 60 secs at a defined spot/station, then moves on to the next one on the circuit..
