seasonal cards / game subscriptions
Explanation:
the GREEN FEE refers to the one time play of 18 holes, The ABONOS no doubt refer to some special SEASONAL CARDS or SUBSCRIPTIONS (allowing e.g. for 10 games to be played).

Thank you everyone, I tried unsuccessfully to get the client to confirm the meaning of "abonos" (i.e. is it buying a block of games or being allowed to play free), so in the end I had to leave the term out of the translation, and given that the answers are all excellent I just chose the first, given that the rest can be accessed by clicking on the glossary entry.

membership cards

Explanation:
Most golf courses which are currently
being built, at least along the coast, are in fact,
commercial courses which, at the utmost, admit
yearly membership cards without allowing for
shares in the course’s ownership.

son campos comerciales, que como
mucho admiten abonos de juego por un año, sin
admitir participaciones en la propiedad del
campo. Su objetivo es rentabilizar los green fees

Explanation:
SwissTell has got the idea; I'd call it a "season pass"

possibly just "free passes" or "Passes/Cards for XXX Rounds of Golf- I also like the idea of BONUS CARD/BONUS PASS for rounds of golf(not necessarily for an entire season-as this practice is NOT common for golf courses) but certainly for a limited amount of games as Swiss Tell listed possibly 10-15 rounds; it would be a promotional deal (just enough to hook you into regularly playing the course)

Explanation:
More commonly used in UK English than 'season passes' or seasonal cards'. Not sure about US English though .....
