es en una descripción de instalactions en una hípica picadero en Madrid.
I'm certain "to give chord/rope" is not what I'm looking for...
I imagine it is a paddock for exercising horses on a lead, but I can't remember the proper term in English, since it has been over 20 years since I worked with horses.
Then again, it could mean something else, and I don't know...
