I´m pretty sure this is a noodle. Can someone confirm?

agree  David Brown: I would call it simple a "pool noodle" or a "water log". I suppose it gets its name from the churro, which needs no explanation

Explanation:
I know exactly the thing 'churro' means but not 100% sure of it's equivalent in English, it's just that long, cheap, polystyrene float.
