the men's and women's first teams play...
Explanation:

"Stockton Hockey Club is proud to be represented by at least 8 teams each weekend playing in various different leagues. [...]
The club's first team plays in the English Northern League [...]
The lower teams tend to use the pitch at Northfield School on a Saturday if there are too many games too be played at our primary home pitch"

El orden correcto es "men's and women's first teams":

"The club has both men's and women's first teams who compete in the North division of the British Universities and Colleges Sports (BUCS) league."

men's and women's first division teams

Explanation:
and Junior Teams for "planteles inferiores".
