"Puente" as in "tren de cuatro puentes" "laminador tempe de dos puentes"
"encastre" in "en ambos extemos del Cilindro en direccion normal a los planos de encastre mismo."
"encaminsado" as in method of manufacture: "encamisado o monoblock"
"cuellos": testing hardness on "cuellos" & "tabla"
"generatrix": testing for hardness by dividing "tabla en tres generatrices a 120 [degrees]; on each "generatriz" mark equidistant points and test for hardness

Explanation:
Cilíndros de laminación = Lamination rollers. Puente = maybe literal: a 4 bridge train (not sure!). Encastre = The place or point where it is imbeded or press fitted. Encamisado = Plated. Cuellos = necks (of metal cylinders). Tabla = plank. Generatriz = generating function?? Galvaluminada = Electroplated with aluminium or electroplated aluminium. Doble Colada = Double blast-furnace tappings. If it refers AFTER pouring, then it is Double blast-furnce casings. Hope it is of some help. Good luck!

These answers came too late to be used. This was about as far as I had gotten. The other answer simply referred to Eurodicautom, which I had consulted repeatedly, as well as a number of other sources. Thanks for your contribuion.
