The word "bobina" refers to the magnetic coil which actuates the relay.
As AWatts has pointed out, "habre" should be "abre". The link below explains how relays work.

Posiblemente es un "Current Relay" que cambia la intensidad de la corriente electrica. Creo que la palabra HABRE esta mal escrita y debe de ser "abre". Hope this is helpful. It is a rapid response and will do till someone else pitches in to help. AW
