I looked at the site "Nautical Know How" (http://www.boatsafe.com/nauticalknowhow/thruhull.htm)
and the Shipowner's manual at http://www.best.com/~c25c250/restricted/man250.html
and found it as through-hull fittings.

Also, you can go to the International Marine Certification Institute's website (http://members.aol.com/imcibrux/index.htm), which you can find in Spanish and English, and you'll see that on the English page, they use the term through-hull fitting as the equivalent of pasacascos, found on the Spanish page.
