EMF Standard Enclosures Explanation: As already mentioned, fem is "fuerza electro motriz", which is electromotive force in English (EMF). When being tested, the Weston cells are grouped in an enclosure (which I believe is the translation of "grupo" here". Patrón of course means "standard". In a search through the Internet, you can see these enclosures being sold, being called "EMF Standard Enclosures". I am listing a company below that sells this particular product.
