I did not find transformador de relación única in Yahoo, so I am guessing. But I believe it refers to transformers that only transform frome one voltage to another (i.e. 220 V to 12 V, 380 to 330, or 13.2 V to 220 V, by way of example).
The references I am going to give might be tricky, because they are based on my assumption, and if my assumption is wrong, the references will be wrong also. Peer opinions, please.

The main characteristic of a transformer is its turn-ratio, meaning the ratio between the amount of wire turns in the primary and secondary coils.
For most transformers this is a fixed number, since they are constructed turning wire around an iron sreucture and remain that way for all of their useful life, They are called fixed-ratio transformers.
A minority of transformers have built-in devices to modify one or both coils in order to cnange their ratio. Typical are transformers used to correct a primary voltage different fron its nominal value (usually lower). They are called variable-ratio transformers.
