Algedonic algorhythm Explanation: Hi. The only Algedonia I found is related to some species of lepidopterus and it's the same term in English (it's Latin anyway). Apart from this bug-aside, I also found "algoritmo algedónico" and that's Maths of the kind I will never be able to grasp. It might translate as "(field of) algedonic algorhythm (de retroalimentación)". That "a" ending may suggest "all things Algedonia", everything that's related to those algedonic algorhythms. Below are the two only Spanish sites I found featuring that phrase. Another link shows a quite useless attempt at a glossary including a possibly English term: "algedonic" (www.iro.umontreal.ca/~dift2010/H00/new_dict.txt). I hope this works as a useful clue, I'll keep trying, cheers :) webserver.pue.udlap.mx/~asanchez/ia/clsbasico3.html webserver.pue.udlap.mx/~asanchez/ia/minimax1.html |

algedonic Explanation: From Termium: English:Cybernetic Systems algedonic s CORRECT OBS - pertaining to regulation in a non-analytic mode. For example, we may train others to perform a task by explaining analytically the "why" and the "how", or algedonically by a system of rewards and punishments which offer no such explanation. s 1981-04-06 Reference: http://www.termium.com |
