From the picture itself it looks like plaster and comes in 25kg bags.

Hola Annette,

Not a 100% sure but...

Plaster paint is made with 'plaster', powder. It is given the desired consistency by adding more or less vehicle.

This type of paint will enable you to created different textures/finishes on the substrate being treated. Using a different application methods such as sprayer, roller, rag, etc. will give you different textures.
