Sentence goes:
El accidente se producjo en la caja general de proteccion, sin que la electrica acreditara en la inversion de la carga de la prueba operada, la inexistencia de la caja de la misma.
Its referring to a fire that was started in a electrical mains/fuse box located on the outside of a building.

You can certainly improve my syntax, but the idea is:

-'la eléctrica' means the company supplying electric energy.

-'inversión de la carga de la prueba' means exactly 'reversal of the burden of proof'.

-the electric company, when subjected to that reversal, failed to proof its statement that there was no box.
