extrusion, extrude, outlines Explanation: Pottery is one of my hobbies, and an extruder is a machine very commonly used to create three-dimensional, cilindrical forms. The verb, "to extrude" is also commonly used and seen in trade manuals and magazines. Lastly, the word "outline" sounds alot more genuine and less like a translation than "contour lines", and it accurately portrays the meaning. Personal experience using extruders |
