Underground? Interrable doesn't appear to exist, but even if it does it sounds weird.

Found the following, which fits your context, and the context I picked up in a Google search in Spanish, too.

(1) English, contrasting "buried" and "non-buried":

Buried valves and fittings which are designed to be in direct contact with the soil (corporation valves, service saddle clamps and curb valves).
• Non-buried valves and fittings which are not designed to be in direct contact with the soil (meter valves, check valves, meter fittings, and meter settings).
• Fittings include various types of couplings and adapters.

Great! I guess the subtlety of "enterrables" being
"that can be buried" as oppossed to just plain "buried" is
moot. In any event I never thought you'd see such an
"untechnical" term as "buried" next to "valve."

Thanks again.
