|It´s me again!|
Now, within the same Appendix of the Agreement, it is said under the Head "Description",
"Indicar el número de instalación o de circuito, suministrado por G.C.O.S.A."
Thanks a lot!
Por el contexto provisto deduzco que se trata de las siglas de una empesa u organización. En tal caso yo las dejaría sin traducir, aún cuando supiera de qué se trata (que no es el caso).

Grupo Concesionario del Oeste SA
I'm not sure if it fits your context, but I did find this....
IJM participated in a privatised scheme to construct and upgrade a 55.5 km
highway linking Buenos Aires to the western city of Lujan, known as the ‘Western
Access Tollway’. IJM started with a 24.8% stake in the concession holder, Grupo
Concesionario del Oeste S.A. (GCOSA), but its stake was subsequently diluted
down to 20% upon listing of GCOSA on the local stock exchange. Under the
concession agreement signed in 1996, GCOSA will undertake the project on a
build-operate-transfer (BOT) basis for a concession period of 22 years and 8
months, running from October 1996. The total project cost is estimated at
US$460 mn and is divided into two phases.
Hope it helps.
