Spanish term or phrase: Vale de consumo
El funcionario debe otorgar los vales de consumo de gasolina semanalmente.
weekly gas consumption receipts
I would use "vouchers" if the payments are made by simply signing a piece of paper designed for the purpose.
I would use "receipts" if payment is made in cash or via credit card, for which you normally do get a receipt.
I hope it helps...

The employee must hand in the petrol receipts weekly /each week
1.Just another suggestion. As a Brit, I would always translate 'gasolina' as 'petrol', so it depends on whether this translation is into American or British English. They aren't actually weekly receipts I don't think. I feel they just have to be HANDED IN 'weekly' or 'each week'. What do others think?
