Spanish term or phrase: Volante: Magnética de esfuerzo variable Is it "variable force" or variable stress?
English translation:Magnetic variable torque flywheel... Explanation:My guess is that it's a variable-torque flywheel*, magnetically adjusted to different torque momentums... *Torque: The moment of a force; the measure of a force's tendency to produce torsion and rotation about an axis, equal to the vector product of the radius vector from the axis of rotation to the point of application of the force and the force vector. Flywheel:A heavy-rimmed rotating wheel used to minimize variations in angular velocity and revolutions per minute, as in a machine subject to fluctuation in drive and load. Luck!

Explanation:
Without any further context it is difficult to know what this wheel does. In general I would avoid "variable" if the process involves a manual adjustment. Only use it if during the working of the mechanism there exist variations in the force/strength etc.
