See below Explanation: cotas de fundición...pisa...tornillos autorroscantes...embridaje / embridar One defect is described as "cotas de fundición incorrectas." Its effect on the casting: the part is out of spec. Its cause is described as "variabilidad propia de fundición, deformación de la pieza al enfriar, molde fuera de tolerancia." I've translated "deformación..." as "distortion of the part during cooling." Another defect involves "deformación de la pieza en prensa, marcas," and is caused by "apoyo o pisa mal ajustados." Can the "pisa" be translated "foot" and the "apoyo" support? Another piece is machined after casting, to include drilling some holes for "tornillos autorroscantes." Are these "self-threading screws?" Another defect is "roscas M4 fuera de tolerancia." It is said to be caused by "parametros de mecanizado incorrectos" and by "embridaje deficiente". Is "embridaje" flanging, clamping, splicing...or what? What is actually done to the piece here? |

..elevation? Explanation: 'cota' may be related to 'elevation' (a question of positioning the machine/piece that casts the dies?). 'apoyo' is 'support'; 'pisa' de 'pisar', which is 'tread', hence 'treadle'? Finally, sounds like a piece isn't clamped into position properly, thus 'embridaje deficiente' i.e 'poor clamping' |

See below Explanation: "cotas de fundición incorrectas." : "bad casting clearances" "variabilidad propia de fundición, deformación de la pieza al enfriar, molde fuera de tolerancia.": "self variability of the casting, distortion of the part during cooling" "deformación de la pieza en prensa, marcas," : "distortion of the part by the press, marks" "apoyo o pisa mal ajustados." "lower and upper die supports badly adjusted" orificios para "tornillos autorroscantes.": orifices for "self-threading screws" "roscas M4 fuera de tolerancia." : "M4 threads out of tolerance" "parametros de mecanizado incorrectos": "bad machining parameters" "embridaje deficiente": "bad/deficient clamping". Is "embridaje" : "clamping" Y/Q: What is actually done to the piece here? A: The piece is clamped to cut the internal thread in the formery prepared orifices. Good luck! I am not sure all tterms are the "standard" but for sure, clearly understandable by a pro. |
